Alice Chen is the CEO of Export Ventures Group, an export agency facilitating international trade between Canadian suppliers and importers in the Greater China Region. She was named Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 under 40 in 2013 for recreating an export marketplace for Canadian wine producers. EVG’s portfolio of companies share a common theme of “innovating and optimizing the distribution of goods, services and capital”.
Currently focused on facilitating the flow of private equity in a globalized economy at accelerating speed, Alice recently joined PwC’s China Business Network as a deal advisor originating and structuring M&A transactions which leads to opportunities in the export markets. She believes British Columbia, as Canada’s gateway province to the Pacific Rim, offers unprecedented geographic advantage to businesses ready for exponential growth.
